AI Use Policy

WenceStudio by SmartDesign builds AI-supported workflows and uses AI tools in its own work. This page explains, in plain language, how we think about that use.
1. People Stay Accountable
AI can speed up drafts and analysis, and it does not own decisions. Our work follows four standards: systems should be teachable, reviewable, accessible, and commercially useful. Every workflow we build includes a point where a person reviews the output before it is published or sent.
2. Human Judgment Is Part of the Method
The AETHER Method includes a Humanize stage, where judgment, originality, storytelling, accessibility, ethics, trust, and quality control are applied to the work.
3. AI-Generated Images
Where we publish AI-generated images, such as on our Gallery, we label them as AI-generated.
4. Results and Outputs Vary
AI outputs vary from run to run and across tools and versions. No results or revenue are guaranteed, and outcomes vary. The Scorecard is a self-assessment tool and not a validated diagnostic.
5. Tools Change
Tools may change as AI and design advance. How tool changes affect paid work is explained in our Refund Policy.
