You may use this site to learn about our services, take the Creator AI Operating System Scorecard, read Insights content, and contact us. You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting to disrupt its operation, scrape it at scale, misrepresent your identity when submitting forms, or use it for any unlawful purpose. The Scorecard is a self-assessment tool intended to prompt reflection and prioritization; it is not a certified or scientifically validated diagnostic, and its results should be treated as directional.
Intellectual Property
The content on this site, including text, the AETHER Method framework, graphics, logos, and site design, is owned by WenceStudio by SmartDesign or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and share this content for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content, templates, or prompt systems for commercial purposes without our written permission. Templates and prompt systems purchased through our storefront are licensed for the use described at the point of purchase; they are not resold or relicensed to third parties.
Service Engagements
Descriptions of services, deliverables, and pricing bands on the Services and Pricing page are directional and intended to help you understand scope and fit. They do not constitute a binding offer. Final scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any paid engagement (workshops, the Creator AI System Intensive, custom implementation or cohort programs, or the AI Workflow and Adoption Audit) are confirmed in a separate written agreement or proposal before work begins. Nothing on this site guarantees specific business outcomes, revenue, or results; outcomes depend substantially on how consistently a system is implemented and used after delivery.
Limitation of Liability
This site and its content, including the Scorecard, are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WenceStudio by SmartDesign is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content.
